As all of our garments are crafted with intricate design processes, including hand embroidery and artisanal techniques, slight variations in color, embellishment, or finish may occur. These variations are a natural part of our craftsmanship and should not be considered defects.
We do not guarantee that your device’s display of any product will be completely accurate. While we strive to ensure precision in our listings, Label Anushri Jain reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in product descriptions, pricing, availability, or promotions at any time without prior notice.
Additionally, all products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue or limit the quantities of any product at our discretion.
Section 3 – Prices and Billing
All prices for products and services offered by Label Anushri Jain are subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable to your order will be the one displayed at the time of purchase and will be confirmed in your order confirmation email.
Unless otherwise stated, posted prices do not include applicable taxes, duties, shipping, handling, customs fees, or import charges, which will be added to your order total as applicable. Prices displayed on our online store may differ from those offered in our physical studio, pop-up exhibitions, or with authorized third-party partners.
We may, from time to time, offer discounts, promotions, or special offers on our Services. Such offers may be subject to additional terms and conditions that will apply in addition to these Terms. In the event of any inconsistency between promotional terms and these Terms, the promotional terms will govern only for the duration of that specific promotion.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current purchase and billing information for all transactions made through our Services. This includes maintaining updated contact details, billing addresses, credit/debit card numbers, and expiration dates so that we can complete your purchases and contact you as needed.
By providing payment details, you represent and warrant that:

3. All charges incurred by you will be honored by your payment provider.
4. You will pay all charges at the posted prices, including taxes, shipping, and other applicable fees.
If your payment method is declined or fails, we are under no obligation to fulfill your order. We reserve the right to cancel or suspend any order if fraudulent, unauthorized, or unlawful activity is suspected.
Section 4 – Shipping and Delivery
We aim to provide a smooth and timely delivery experience for every order placed with Label Anushri Jain. However, all delivery times provided on our website are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on factors beyond our control, including shipping carrier delays, customs clearance processes, strikes, weather conditions, or other unforeseen events.
Once your order has been dispatched and handed over to the shipping carrier, the risk of loss, damage, or delay transfers to you. We are not liable for any delays, damages, or losses caused by third-party shipping carriers or customs authorities.
International customers are solely responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import charges that may apply in their respective countries. Such charges are not included in the product price or shipping fees displayed at checkout.
If you fail to provide accurate shipping details, resulting in non-delivery or return of your order, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

Label Anushri Jain uses Shopify as the e-commerce platform that powers our online store and enables us to provide our Services to you. However, please note that all sales and transactions you make on our website are strictly between you (the customer) and Label Anushri Jain.
By purchasing through our Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not a party to your transaction and is not responsible for any sales, product warranties, exchanges, returns, damages, losses, or claims of any kind that may arise from your dealings with Label Anushri Jain.
