Because of this bespoke approach, we do not accept returns or issue refunds on any of our products. Each order is individually made and cannot be resold, repurposed, or altered for another client. We kindly ask for your understanding, as this policy helps us maintain the integrity, hygiene, and exclusivity of our brand.

Damages, Defects & Exchanges
Every outfit undergoes a strict quality-check process before dispatch. However, in the rare and unfortunate event that you receive a defective, incorrect, or damaged piece, we are here to support you.
To be eligible for an replacement:
1. Unboxing Video Proof – You must record a clear, continuous, and uncut video while opening your parcel. The video should begin before the package is unsealed and must capture the full unboxing process.
2. Timeline – This video must be shared with us within 48 hours of receiving your order by emailing studio@labelanushrijain.com
3. Approval & Availability – Once verified, our team will assess the issue and coordinate an exchange for the same item (subject to approval and product availability).
Please note:
• Replacement will only be offered for damaged or defective garments.
• Size, style, or preference-related exchanges/replacement cannot be accommodated, since each piece is customized and handcrafted individually.
Cancellations
Since production begins immediately after confirmation, orders cannot be cancelled once placed. We strongly recommend reviewing all details and reaching out to us with any questions before making a purchase.
